Meábh Loughnane is currently completing her Juris Doctor at The University of Melbourne.

Since graduating from her Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) at RMIT University, she has worked across a myriad of Communications and Politics roles. Meábh has built a wealth of professional experience through speech-writing for politicians; overseeing communications management and strategy in successful election campaigns; writing for publications; managing Left Right Think-Tank as State Director, as well as providing integrated marketing strategies and creative services across private and public companies, government and non-for-profit organisations. 

In between her work and study, Meábh has recently co-founded a start up organisation of which she is now CEO called Chalk Circle, The Gender Literacy Foundation.

She loves to run, paint, engage in extreme sports and read feminist literature.
